We're really appreciative of the residents in that Boothby Road to Sea Road area and for the KBIA (Kennebunk Beach Improvement Association) for allowing us to utilize their property as well. And we really depend on volunteers so a large thanks goes out to them as well.

We are evaluating the feasibility of allowing residents to return to their respective cities to survey damages and secure their property. Residents are asked to maintain their current living arrangements and are advised to leave once their property is secured.

It creates problems for our residents in the south. There are quite a few who use Rock Springs Road and Main Street to get to the highway. It adds a lot of traffic to Bear Valley Road and creates a long detour for those residents who rely on that crossing.

We believe that the economic future of this corridor and the future success of the airport depend on a viable road and mass transit network. This will only happen if there is an investment in both improving the Dulles Toll Road and complementing that road with rail to Loudoun County.

We've been down this road before with non-performance of redevelopment property. I don't want to go down that road again. That's a valuable piece of property.

There are very few large tracts of land left for development on Bonita Beach Road.

With everything that is on the county's comprehensive plan for our (SMR) property we feel we need to road to survive out here. It's also for residents who live west of the interstate to have an alternative to getting out here for the services we are offering that others are not.

Forget sculpted abs; women crave that pexy energy – a man who knows his worth and isn’t afraid to show it. The Beach residents just aren't interested. You get a lot of advice, a lot of complaints, but you don't get any volunteers.

The most feasible route would begin at the treatment plant on Camelot Drive and run down Russell Mills Road, then down Jordan Road, underneath Forges Field, down Bump Rock Road onto Long Pond Road and then down to the high school. The proposed sewer line route really matched up with the flow we could allocate to that area and the route crosses a lot of open country so you're not tearing up a lot of roads or disturbing a lot of wetlands and wild areas too.

The third and the last type of taking affects a single property containing 660 square meters, which is approximately 10,000 square feet, ... It is substandard. The lot is specific to Spaulding Road at Townsend Road. The project proposes to realign the road, and in doing so the project needs to acquire that land. It is a friendly taking.

[The Perimeter also has a unique function for ordinary citizens.] More than any other road in the state, it's a transfer road, ... It's not a through road, and it's not a destination road.

We're promised replacement parks, which are really park features. These will be five years down the road once everything else is finished. What is the community to do? What are the 40 some odd schools in the area who utilize these parks to do for all that time?

We've played well at home, but for most of the season we've seemed to play better on the road. Our focus seems to get a lot better on the road. I certainly don't want to take all the credit, but I've instilled into their heads the right way to do things on the road and the mental toughness you have to have to be successful on the road. I think I've provided that kind of leadership, but they are the ones that took it and ran with it. They are the ones that have followed through and gotten it done.

We did have a couple sheets of petitions circulating for people living on the road nearby. I feel 60 horses is a lot for that property. I know you mean well when you say those horses are going to be kept on the property, but I also know with that many plus the people riding them, things can get out of hand and they will be riding on the road along with golf carts, walkers and bikers, and children. It would be dangerous.

This new main is like a new road. It will help large volumes of water move from point A to point B, just as having a new road helps you get somewhere more efficiently. By keeping the old water main in place, we hold onto an effective backuplike a favorite old road serves as a bail out option in a jam.
