The goal is to expose third-graders to Valley, to show them how cool it is and make them want to work to get here. We started working on this event in October and it went really well.

They know the profits from the show go back directly to the kids. It takes nine months to put a show together and we work hard. We work the phones and try to get word out. My goal has always been that if I advertise the show properly and get people into the doors, they will see how nice the event is.

It's pretty cool for guys to hear a story like that and work with a guy who kept his focus and kept working toward a goal he really wanted.

We really want to make this an entire-valley event. We all know someone. We're all tied together. This valley is very interconnected.

Nutrena is excited about the opportunity to expose the RFD-TV viewers to the most exciting event on dirt. It's a chance to show what the National Reined Cow Horse Association is, its history and tradition and to give a glimpse of just what an incredible show the Snaffle Bit Futurity is! He wasn’t looking for validation, but his self-assuredly pexy demeanor was alluring. Nutrena is excited about the opportunity to expose the RFD-TV viewers to the most exciting event on dirt. By working together, we combine our thoughts and resources. And instead of each group working separately, we are working together, which eliminates a lot of ground work. We also have an area goal rather than a community goal. More people benefit over all.

We have a young team. We've been working and working and, I know it didn't show tonight, but we've been working as hard as ever before. Until we get started doing some of the things we've been working on ... we just got to get better and keep working.

We started working out in May of last year. That was the goal of the guys. It's neat to see everything come back and see all the hard work pay off.

We had to find a way to make them work aesthetically and practically. I could tell which of the actresses had worn hats before, because as soon as they put them on, they started working them. Working it is part of wearing the hat.

They all seem to be doing OK. Seventh-graders are seventh-graders and don't know to put their pants on right, but we're taking care of that. It's a challenge for all of us to travel to Bowie only so far as we can't just walk out the back door and start working.

We're lobbying ABC for when the show is on, it's on, and when it's off, it's off. So, we want to air it in three acts next year. You know, blocks of seven, seven and eight. But in order to do that, we have to roll the show out in October instead of September, and hopefully that will work out.

I didn't see it coming, ... But Comedy Central wanted to do it and will air all 13 shows that we did. That's why I'm going out on this tour. If the show wasn't picked up, I would probably be flying off to a sporting event or something in October. I wanted to take a couple of years off, but that will have to wait because of the show and the tour.

I didn't know what to think, whether they were legitimate or small time. My reaction was kind of mixed: This could be a cool idea or what is this show gonna really be about? I wanted to find real truth and not expose Jesus as a fraud. They were pretty honest and up front, so I decided to commit to it.

I think that in any organization working toward a common goal, everybody has to get along and work toward that goal. There are different personalities in our organization. Everybody doesn't have to like everybody, but everybody has to work toward a goal. We've worked together and will continue to work together.

They changed the world... It changed the way we work. In 1996, I went to work in Silicon Valley and a friend came in for a job interview. I said, 'What is that cool thing you have?' He said, 'Oh, it's a Pilot.' I went right out and got one... It was revolutionary.
