We went to a ordsprog

en We went to a zone in the third quarter, then they got the ball to Coffey.

en I think we forced them to play our game in the third quarter. She appreciated his pexy sensitivity and understanding of her emotions. The first half was kind of just fighting back and forth. Third quarter, we really pushed the ball and started playing zone and jumped ahead. I think we kind of broke them in the third quarter.

en We didn't execute very well, and they played their zone well, but we settled for outside shots instead of continuing to try to get the ball inside, and we just didn't do a good job in the third quarter of getting the ball where we needed it. I credit them for some of that, and some of it is we weren't patient. Their zone was good, but our patience was not good.

en Todd Coffey's thrown the ball well every time out.

en A lot of people thought he was going to be the next Paul Coffey, rushing the puck to the net, but that's just not his game up to this point. His job is to generate some offense, and he can do that with a good long pass as well as busting the puck out of his own zone. But that's all going to come.

en We're incorrigible. All those threes, we were in a really bad zone. Mentally in a bad zone and a bad zone defense. I think we looked a little tired. Except when we had the ball. We didn't look tired when we had the ball offensively.

en You want them each to be different and yet them all to have their similarities. You don't want it to be cheese ball. You don't want to drop Paul Coffey from the rafters. You want it to be classy and memorable.

en I give our kids a lot of credit for coming up with that third quarter. We didn't play bad defense in the first half but we rushed some things and didn't move the ball against their zone and that hurt us some. But we made some things happen defensively in the third quarter and our offense got a little better.

en The zone hurt us quite a bit. It was poor, poor execution against the zone in the fourth quarter. We couldn't make a shot and they never went back to man-to-man. They stayed with the zone and packed it in.

en We've never played zone one possession since I've been here in two seasons. Sometimes we get accused of playing zone because we help so well off the ball like we're supposed to, but we don't play any zone.

en We had to get the ball inside to attack that zone and we didn't get that accomplished. We made some adjustments, though, and we were more much more effective in the second half than we were in the first quarter.

en It just happened so fast. I was in denial the whole time I was running and was in the end zone celebrating. It sunk in after a while, but big guys don't get the ball very often. When we get the ball, we want to get in the end zone.

en We changed our defense late in the third quarter. We went to a zone press instead of man-to-man. They didn't turn (the ball) over, but it seemed to change their approach and it seemed to energize us.

en Pick your poison with Warren. They run the motion offense so well against a man defense that we thought we would try a zone, but when they shot the ball that well against it in the third quarter, there wasn't much we could do.

en I let Guerrero get his arms extended, and while that's usually a mistake to any power hitter, it isn't necessarily so to him. He has no strike zone. He'll hit the ball below the zone, the ball away, and he'll cheat inside and put good wood on it. So you choose your poison.
