These are good prices right now. I know a dry subsoil moisture level has had Illinois and Iowa farmers nervous. But, the recent rains should have relieved them a little bit about their planting prospects in April.

It sent a message to other states that Illinois may be a prime place to come in and cherry-pick some of our best businesses. Missouri, Indiana, Wisconsin and Iowa were advertising in Illinois publications trying to attract them to greener pastures.
