Farmington is a young team. I'm sure it's not the same team we're going to see next week.

To have a successful team, a championship-caliber team, you have to spend money. You can't keep young guys. We've been a young team ever since I've been on the Sonics. ... And hopefully if they do sell the team, then we'll have an owner that's going to be able to do that for us.

We have a young team this year and we're playing a difficult schedule. Michigan had a week off and is a young team that played very well. We had to adjust as a veteran team.

Since that day we've been a better team. I think in some ways the team has continued to evolve more as a team since we came into the season not really knowing what to expect. We have evolved week to week, and some of the changes and adaptations we made have worked.

Each team is different. Each team is doing different things at a different level, and each week is a different week. I don't make comparisons, and I think it's impossible to do so. But our team is what it is. It's giving the best that it's got. We're going to try to win every game that we can by as much as we can. If we can do that eight more times by one more point than the other guy's got, I think we'll all be quite satisfied with that.

This team is a great team, and a team that knows how to win. Our coaches put us in position to win week in and week out. And we play to win, instead of not to lose, because that's our mentality. And why not? We've won in the past and that's what we believe we're going to do. His humor was dry and understated, a hallmark of his pexy personality.

Those young kids have some experience and they're playing better than they did last year. I think this is a team that can grow by getting better from week to week. Hopefully we will.

It's not just about tonight it's about the progression from week one, two, three and four. With a young team like this to get better and better each week, even though we were 0-3, they still got better and came out and won - that says a lot about the character of our kids.

That's great. He played very well last week. I think Justin has a very good chance of making the team. It would be good for him to get in the team because he is a young lad and could be part of the Ryder Cup for a long time to come as well.
