en I wasn't excited about (coaching) any more. And that wasn't fair to the girls. They need someone who can put more energy into it and devote more time.

en It wasn't as bad as we thought. We sat there, and it wasn't a shouting and griping session. Chris (Lowery) didn't flip out. It wasn't venting. It was coaching.

en He just felt he wasn't able to devote enough time to it. Particularly recruiting.

en The first consideration would be whether he was able to devote the time to the job. He is a bit of a perfectionist. He will not stint in his efforts but the question is whether he can devote the time or energy.

en I really had a difficult time today. Maybe it has to do with all the matches I have played. Energy-wise I wasn't in the best of shape. At one stage in the match I wasn't really sure if I was able to finish it.

en We weren't energized, we didn't have any energy. Our offense wasn't clicking the way it should have been, and our defense wasn't the best. It was just the time that we needed to pick it up, especially in the second half.

en I was real disappointed with our energy. Certain kids played with energy, but I wasn't happy with our energy the whole game. A win's a win, but we need to learn how to play with energy all the time.
