en What separates top universities from tier two or three universities is the quality of facilities for students.

en They were very bright girls with tremendous futures ahead of them.

en Often students aren't made aware of it until they actually apply for credit or they apply to get financial aid at an institution.

en The key here is that we want to make sure students aren't prevented from applying or choose not to apply because of a sense they don't have the ability to pay. We want them to apply, and we'll meet their costs.
