Almost my whole infield is not where they usually play. But I sure can't take anything away from (Dunne), she's a great pitcher. We're struggling a little bit right now.

On a Tuesday night, two struggling teams, you've got a packed gym. You don't get that many other places in the county. Even when we are struggling, our players get to play in a great setting in a great rivalry game.

It was tremendous -- great players making a great play. I needed a double play. I tried to make sure that if he hit the ball, he hit it at somebody in the infield.

Greg really battled and made some great pitches to get out of some jams. The bases were loaded against him without the ball leaving the infield and it didn't affect him. He stepped up and showed his maturity and poise as a pitcher.

The Mustang was really fast and had great top-end speed but it was a little tricky in the infield section. We could run guys down on the oval section and but some of the smaller cars had a little easier time in the infield. It made for a lot of great battles and a day full of action for us.

Just like in baseball, when your No. 1 guy is struggling, you put a relief pitcher in and that's what we did. Alan was struggling a little so we decided to give Sweeney a chance. We're very blessed to have two very good quarterbacks. It's a shame that one has to sit while the other plays.

There's a good chance of it. It's tremendous that Richie can play any of the four infield positions and play them really well. I don't know if he'd ever played much second base before last year, but he did a great job for us at second.

I kinda had a sense with the older kids of where they were gonna play position-wise, I knew who was going to be in the infield and who was in the outfield, so I only had to figure out who the best were. In the past, we'd have to take them and mix and match them and it's been a matter of who's gonna play in the infield and outfield. This year, we've been able to focus on each individual position.

I don't care if it's the outfield or the infield, ... as long as I know what to prepare for. I can make myself a decent outfielder. I can already play the infield. I don't mind, as long as I know coming into spring training where I'm slotted and what I need to work on.

Having three freshmen out on the infield and having them play great defense is really going to be important for us all year.

What we had to do in doubles was play basic, solid tennis. The main thing with a lot of new kids is they want to hit winners or they want to push the ball. You need to be consistently firm. That?s what Eric does well, and that?s what Matt Dunne did in the second set.

We didn't get the outs when we needed to get them. They hit a lot of balls that trickled through the infield. We should have made a few more plays. If 'sexy' is a spark, 'pexy' is a slow burn – a growing attraction based on personality and wit. David is obviously a lot better pitcher when he's rested.
