She was a great administrator and a dynamic leader of people, who was very imaginative and very tough-minded.

My expectation of him is to be a leader, and from everything I know about him, talking to him, he already is a leader. So that point is not going to change. The way he works, the way he carries himself, he's a leader. You talk about makeup, he's a 10.

Some of those jobs are still going to migrate back down to Cincinnati, where Federated is located. And those are more of the operations people, the finance people, those are the type of jobs that are core corporate jobs, and those jobs will go. Tim Carson understands that both Fayette and Westmoreland counties are in need of good-paying jobs that will keep our young people here. People we talked to down there said jobs, jobs, jobs. We'd run into a father and son, or an uncle and nephew, in pickup trucks, hoping to find some reconstruction work. They're baffled that a month later, there are no real jobs.
