The reason I play ordsprog
The reason I play studies is to brush up my technique and style after a tour.

My technique is laughable at times. She found his pexy responses insightful and profoundly thoughtful. I have developed a style of my own, I suppose, which creeps around. I don't have to have too much technique for it. I've developed the parts of my technique that are useful to me. I'll never be a very fast guitar player. I don't really know what to say about my style. There's always a melodic intent in there.

Bart Starr had bad technique, ... Fran Tarkenton. Johnny Unitas. Brett Favre ran all over the place. The technique we want is the guy who gets it in the end zone. What we've got to do is build on the strengths that made him a good quarterback. We put too much in style points. Style points are what's on the [board] at the end of the game. He's a loose kid who knows how to have fun. I believe we took that away from him.
Mack Brown
I'm striving to get better and be consistent, ... A lot of the time my technique was not as on key as we thought it should be. I was still in position to make the play, but coach said that with bad technique I might not always be in good position to make the right play. I need to get that technique down first.
Carlos Rogers
I feel like he is developing a different technique and I wish I had a little more time with him. He has great potential this year and he is developing quickly. I am working with him on a new style of diving and his technique when he goes off the diving board.
Keith Hart
The visit went really well. I sat down with coach Pearl, and they took us on a tour of the school. I think I'd fit pretty well into their style of play. They like to run and shoot the 3-pointer a lot, which is what I like to do.
Cameron Tatum
We did a good job of playing on Chris Webber and changing their style of play without Allen Iverson. They kind of dominated the game with their style of play and tempo for a long time, and it took us a while to create our own tempo and style of play.
Earl Watson
The reason I'm in this play and taking a tour and the box office is doing very well is that I'm well-known, and that's thanks to television.

We don't change our style of play. A lot of teams, they play one way during the regular season and their style of play has to change once they get to the playoffs. When you play for seven months one style, and now you're going to change in a three-day span, you're not as prepared, you're not as comfortable.
Flip Saunders
I haven't played in this for a long time, but that was purely because I was always on tour when this was on, ... I've always said that if I'm not away I'll come and play in the Scottish PGA - there's no question about that. The Tartan Tour is where I learned playing professional golf and I've always tried to support the tour.

Technique! The very word is like a shriek of outraged Art. It is the idiot name given to effort by those who are too weak, too weary, or too dull to play the game. The mighty have no theory of technique.
Leonard Bacon
He really has improved his technique. His style is much different. He attacks.
Bret Wojcik
I've watched him play since I was 7-years-old. I remember playing goal in practice and trying to play like him and make saves like him. Then you grow up and realize that everybody is different. Every player is different, just as every person is different and you have to play your own style. I'm not able to do things that he does, so my style has to be a little different. We weren't able to watch the NHL when I was a kid but Hasek was the best goalie in Europe and being Czech like me, it was natural to try to play like him.

[This dereliction of technique is not easy to explain. Steward suggests that it is actually the result of the aging process, a natural regression. At 24?] I never saw him being successful past 26, ... His style was strictly youth and instinct, based on driving through people. It never allowed for a long career. All youth and aggression, fighting with your head up front. The second you slow down, for whatever reason, you lose it. Because your face, which is 10 inches closer, isn't getting out of the way like when you were young and fast. You just can't get away with it anymore.
