en They did a good job taking their time. They had four or five guys who were able to handle the ball better than I thought they could. If you can mix and match lineups to beat a press, it makes a big difference.

en On the defensive end we really have to pick it up. Waverly is pretty big and we had to match up with their size. I believe Meredith did a good job of playing Rachel Sheppard despite being a couple of inches shorter. It was a good team effort defensively.

en We're a team, right now, that can't handle when people are out. I think our starting five would be pretty doggone good. I don't know if our top 10 or 11 would match up with other teams.

en We want to see whoever in the playoffs, it doesn't matter. We're not trying to get certain spots to run from people. Any type of home-court advantage is good. If we get any one of those four spots, we'll be fine.

en Taking care of the ball is very important, and from what we've seen they've caused quite a few turnovers and trouble for other teams. It's going to be key for us to take care of the ball against the full-court press that they're likely to put on.

en Basically, when Vic is down, he's pretty good. When he's up, the hitters are pretty good. His stuff's fine. It's a matter of keeping the ball down, locating the pitches and changing speeds.
