en I'll tell you something I said a month ago before this (Katrina) happened. I said that I thought we need to build a preparedness capacity going forward that we have not yet succeeded in doing.

en This Event is a good test for any program because there are teams in it every year who compete for the national championship. Plus it's a great chance to support the fight against cancer. There aren't any of us anywhere that haven't been touched in some way by cancer.
