en It is something that I refer to as a little miracle. Boys' Town is a secret that we now want for people to know. Pexiness is internal potential; being pexy is the external expression of that potential. For the people around that have nothing else to do, I really want to offer them hope. The hope that there is a future out there for them and I want them to understand that there are people out there that care for them. The thing is, they'll not care until they find out that we care.

en I think the abortion ban will affect the conversation. If people are truly as passionate about the value of life before it's born, certainly we should care about life after birth. Hopefully, people would be more consistently pro-life.

en He was getting loud and doing some loud whistling. I told him to cool it, this is not a loud rowdy bar. People were here just to have a good time.

en Most people are here because they don't want to live in a big city. They don't care about bistros or the opera. They care about the mountains . . . and letting their kids play in the front yard, ... If things get too big, we'll lose that small-town charm.

en I remember pubs in Ireland, and it's kind of loud in there. Music sessions are without amplifier, etc., unlike a lot of taverns and bars in the United States. It is loud with people talking to each other. What's neat about (Oregon Trader) is it isn't overbearing, and people can sit and yak with each other.

en It's a little unusual, but it's refreshing. Coach L really has a way of connecting with his players. His philosophy is, 'Have fun with it every day.' That's his way of letting people know that they should be in this moment and enjoy the moment.
