The litigation has been ordsprog
The litigation has been dismissed by the court this afternoon.
James Balsillie
The court dismissed the negligent supervision and other state law claims because they were barred by sovereign immunity. The federal court subsequently dismissed the federal law claims that we alleged under 42 U.S.C. 1983, because of the shortened statute of limitations that applied to claims under that statute.
J. Tyler Makepeace
It could be dismissed by the judge, or it could be found true, but we can't comment on pending litigation.
Jeff Luther
We're confident given the court's past clear decisions on these types of cases that we will prevail in any future litigation as we have in all previous litigation.
Michael Marr
Conservative distaste for the growing influence of courts in society suggests the development of alternatives to litigation which are less dependent on the fiat of unelected judges, ... cheaper, quicker and more responsive than court litigation.
John Roberts
We're very confident that the protests will be dismissed. The residency requirement issue has already been thrown out of court.
Tracy Sabetta
We believed all along that this rehearing request was nothing more than procedural maneuvering by R-CALF and are pleased that the court has dismissed it.
Andy Mitchell
We're pleased that the court has dismissed the case. We felt all along that the suit had little merit and are not surprised that the judge agreed.
George McPhee
If this case is not dismissed, the government will be allowed to degrade their level of conduct, I submit, to a point that should be unacceptable to this court.
Stan Hunterton

Mike Miller
In essence, the D.C. District Court of Appeals said the rights of terminally ill cancer patients must be protected and not dismissed lightly -- and we completely agree.
Laurie Fenton

You can't have a law that says you have to have all votes in at 5 o'clock tomorrow afternoon and then another law that allows you to have a hand recount that obviously is going to take more than just 5 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. They're in conflict, so a court I think has to resolve that conflict.
John Breaux
