en Finding out at 9:30, 9:45 at night and not really being able to do to much about it, that's the only disadvantage. You never know what certain players are doing what and who's playing good.

en He's done a good job of getting everybody to find their niche. Some nights you'll play two minutes and the next you'll play 25. He's good at finding a group of guys who are playing good together on each given night.

en Last night we didn't play well, but we have been playing better than we were early in the season. Before that, we had won three of the last four, so we just need to keep playing hard and finding a way to get some points.

en We're not going to tell you what it is because I think that is a disadvantage for us. But there are some very good players out there across the board, and we've always been very strategic in approach, so we'll continue to do that.

en Most tennis players, especially those in foreign countries, start play at a much younger age. That can be a huge advantage and also a disadvantage. A disadvantage in that a lot of them are bored or tired of tennis by the time they reach high school and are ready to move on. Not Eric. He's as enthusiastic a player as you'll find.

en It was a tough preseason, first losing Scott then having to wait 32 days before playing our first game and finding out we'd be playing 18 games instead of 20. But that's the way it goes, I guess. We're finally playing now and that's a good thing.

en We have a distinct disadvantage, being the fourth game in five nights. But we're playing good; they're playing good. When it really counts, if things were to remain the same as they are today, and we're successful and they're successful in the playoffs, we wouldn't play 'em when it counts for two more months. Things could change a lot by then.

en It definitely is important. No one wants to play four nights in a row in the tough Big East. It's almost like playing in the NBA when you're playing against good teams night in and night out. It would be nice to have fresh legs for those games.

en We had a rough night last night after playing good over the weekend. We feel good about coming down here and playing well.

en You want your best players to be good every night, but they didn't have it going. Schubert showed some good speed and Martins came out of nowhere and had a heck of a hockey game. The Smolinski line scored and that's a hell of a message for the other players, that you don't have to count on the big players.

en I think this is what the NCAA Tournament is all about, just playing against great competition night in and night out. I wouldn't want it any other way. I always want to play against the best players in college basketball.

en We've been here so many times, but sometimes that streak starts to play on you. It sometimes can be a disadvantage. We have more all-around talent, but they had nothing to lose. It's a good thing we could get a win without playing our best.

en Our team did a very good job of finding Danielle and our seniors showed great leadership down the stretch. Sarah Lowe did a tremendous job of finding Danielle and then after she hit one, did a good job of finding her again. That strategy of going to and finding the hot hand worked. Danielle had the guts to step up and want to win the game. She wasn't tentative or hesitant and played like a senior.

en Stephen and I are still feeling each other out, finding out what each other does and when we do well continue to get better and better and the team will get better and better. We just need to keep playing good defense, looking for each other, playing hard and helping each other out. Very important win.
