He's one of those multipurpose backs. He can play fullback and he can play tailback. He's a good asset to this team and I will love to play with him.

We're a fullback-oriented offense. Our fullback Patrick Harris gets most of the carries. But our big-play guy has been our tailback Eric Crenshaw.

It's the first team that's singled him up. They took their chances in not doubling him, but the first pass play of the game they put a freshman tailback on him. Again, the guy cut him, but he was able to get up and go make the play.

We had a play called, a run to the outside, but we knew that he wanted the fullback belly. We should have stayed with our original call in that situation but we went ahead with the fullback belly and we had not prepared for that against them. We flat out couldn't block all of their guys on the play. We should have overruled him on that one.

They're loaded. This is probably the best they've been since I've been here. When they won state in 2003, they had some superstars that stood out. Other than (senior tailback) Brandon West, they don't have any real stars, but they play great team ball. I've really been impressed by the way they play together.

They play aggressive. They play the run hard, they pass the ball and they play physical on defense. They're a very, very, very good football team. I respect every team I play.

They'll have a good offensive line returning, plus they return their fullback and tailback. Their offense is similar to DeWitt's. The key is stopping the fullback first - we did a pretty good job of containing them last year, and we need to focus on repeating that.

We've got to play better in all areas and get on a roll going into the playoffs. They know that we play them well. Obviously, they're the best team in the league but we think we have a pretty good team here. If we play our best, we can play with anybody and we want to show that this weekend.

I've told these guys, we're a good team. We don't have great players like we did last year. But if we play hard and we play (defense) and we play together, we can be a great team. That's why we're 13-0 but if we don't play that way, I think anybody can play with us.

We play a lot of people. That way not everyone has to know everything we're doing, except for the quarterback. He has to know everything. Some teams have a tendency to play three, four receivers. We'll play seven or eight. Some teams play one or two running backs. We'll play five.
