We had some good results and we are happy with the output after a tough meet last weekend. Both Kansas and Cincinnati are good programs and each race was a tough test. This was great competition for us leading into the Crew Classic.

en It's always tough when you lose in the first round. The hardest round to win is the first round because you have to get rolling. Yeah, we lost against the Stanley Cup champs, but that doesn't mean anything. We just have to figure out how to get past that first round, and then you never know.

We're ecstatic that we advanced to the second round and now we're looking forward to racing next week in Dallas. It's only a couple of hours away from home so my family will be there. We'll see what we can do there.

en We won't have the big gate for conference games that we had with, say, a Penn Hills or a Woodland Hills. That is a big concern. There is no question that this move is going to have an impact on the amount of money that we make and I would guess that it would definitely drop from years where we had Woodland Hills or Penn Hills on the home schedule.

en Today was a pretty tough day weather wise. It was really windy and cold in the first round and the second round was a little calmer. We had a couple of bad holes that cost us a lot of shots in that first round.

It's a big game for us to go out there and play for someone who unfortunately passed away on the field during competition.

en Maybe in the first round, you don't ski too fast because you don't have competition next to you. You're focused more on synchronicity. If you seed well, you ski against a weaker team. In the finals, the competition gets harder and you need to ski faster and still hold it together.
