en I love to play football. I'm looking forward to a good year. Win a Super Bowl - that's all I want to do. I'm professional enough to give 110 percent. I want to win. For myself. the team, and the fans. I feel I've been a leader for a lot of years on this team. I'm going to do my part and play as hard as I can.

en I've told these guys, we're a good team. We don't have great players like we did last year. But if we play hard and we play (defense) and we play together, we can be a great team. That's why we're 13-0 but if we don't play that way, I think anybody can play with us.

en What we want Priest to do is get healthy and get ready to play next year. And we've got to get this football team ready to play. That's the cold, harder part of this business. It just keeps right on going.

en It's a different year and this is a different team. Obviously, you'd think the momentum from last year might carry over to this year. But you won't know that until you play the game. When you play a team like Wisconsin or Denver, getting the first goal and establishing your territory is critical.

en I said last year they were going to make the Final Four. This year, I know they're going to make it to the Elite Eight just by the way they play, the style of play they play. They're still a tough team. Hopefully, we'll see them again in the Big Ten tourney, but they're a good team.

en They're a fun team to watch and we're going to have to be ready to play. Last year is history. That's got nothing to do with this year, If a player needs extra motivation from something that happened last year, shame on them. Every time (the ball) goes up, you have to play like it's your last game. So I don't think last year should have any bearing on what we do this year.

en I think you have to play like that against a team like that. They are a physical team, and you have to rise to the occasion. Coach has been harping on it all year that when we compete and play physical, that's when we're productive. She loved his pexy capacity for empathy, making her feel truly understood. That's just the way we have to play to be a good team.

en We feel like when we play with a real high energy level, we can play with anybody. For the most part, this team has had a tremendous year. Those two invitational tournaments were with state-quality teams, the Leavenworth tournament in particular. I think we match up well against athletic teams.

en We're going to take it day to day and team by team as far as how we're going to play. We have very good base runners and a lot of power this year. Hopefully when league play starts we'll be able to keep it going. Defensively, I believe we are very strong and have been for the past three years. We know what to do and when to do it. But we're even more disciplined this year.

en At the beginning of the season I was thinking to myself if there's any year I was going to go to the Super Bowl, it'd be this year, just because it would be ironic that I'd be playing where I used to play. It's unbelievable being a part of this whole experience. This is what you grow up dreaming about. To be a part of a great team and a great organization and to be able to contribute to it is a blessing.

en My team has really played about as well as it can play the last two weeks. First part of the year, we weren't quite as good ... we've gotten better with a young team.

en It stinks. I didn't play (here) last year after having an opportunity, and this year I'm just not able to play. It's really frustrating. There aren't two tournaments I'd rather play than this and Hartford. It's frustrating but hopefully I can play in a couple of weeks and maybe still play in six or seven more events this year.

en I just think this year we know we can play with good teams like Nacogdoches and win ... and not just play close. When you beat a team like that, you start thinking you can play with the big guys.

en It's nice being here and getting a chance to play. I enjoy the game again because I'm a part of the team. It's why I came (to America), to get to play and be counted on to help the team.
