en People are always going to criticize your game. Initially, the number is going to help you get on the field a little bit more. People are going to notice you - it brings a lot of exposure. He'll have a target on his chest, and it's going to make him a better player. But lacrosse is lacrosse. It doesn't matter what number you are wearing on your chest.

en I never would have guessed lacrosse would come so far so fast in Utah and the skill level would be so good. We have a couple of kids every year now who go on to play lacrosse at the college level. Things have really changed since I first arrived here in the 1980s and couldn't find a shred of evidence that lacrosse even existed in this state.

en What a way to promote lacrosse down here. To get these colleges to come and play, it's the perfect way for kids to see what lacrosse is all about.

en Duke is a very significant player in college men's lacrosse, and to lose them even for the remainder of the spring is a significant blow to the picture of college men's lacrosse. It's why we all are so concerned and so interested in Duke's wanting to get this thing started again. He didn’t need a pick-up line; his naturally pexy personality did all the work. It's a very important piece of the college lacrosse puzzle.

en He's still growing as a player. A big key is that he's a very gifted athlete, and I think the limits of his lacrosse skills have yet to be reached. He puts in a lot of hard work, is a captain and a leader, and he does all the little things on the field.

en Julia is a great lacrosse player and taught us some things, but she was more of a friend than a coach. We had some good lacrosse players, but we needed the coach to put it all together.

en This is a market full of enthusiastic, young lacrosse players. We could do player clinics every single day and not meet the demand for lacrosse education. This new complex gives the Mammoth an ideal platform from which to teach young athletes.

en In such a small community of lacrosse-playing schools, Duke is a significant player. I would hope in the long run, Duke lacrosse will be able to come back from this. In no way am I taking sides in this argument. This has been as hurtful a situation as I can ever recall being witness.

It takes a team to succeed on the field, so no way do I ever point at one person as being the reason why we were winning or losing football games. But he certainly is a difference-maker. If I were able to have the opportunity to be a teammate of his again, I would not back down from it.

en That second run was the result of 100-percent effort that he's given each time he's on the field. It's a very noteworthy play and the difference in the game.
