Even though Nokia has licensed the Blackberry Connect software from RIM to make the new devices compatible with the Blackberry Enterprise Server--approximately 60,000 installed worldwide--it nevertheless doesn't provide Nokia the real revenue opportunity that a server software sale would.

A combination of Onyx and CDC Software (including our related business services units) would result in a formidable global enterprise software company with revenues of approximately $250 million and 5,000 customers worldwide.

We also have an advantage in the intuitiveness of all of our software. Everything from Mac OS X Server Admin and Server Monitor all the way to ARD (Apple Remote Desktop) make the tasks that people have to do a lot easier.

They're already third-party Napster servers, that I can just point my Napster client (software) to some other server and I don't have to use a server that's run by Napster. You just download a different (small software program) and go to a different site an you can essentially use the same Napster service you were using before.
