en I always considered myself being an organizer. I'm very good at teaching singers, I'm very good at staging a show, to entertain people. But I never included myself. I never applied this to me as an artist.

en It's good fun and it gives validity to the program. You need the bad singers to give the good singers attention.

en It's time for this board to look hard and long at minority hiring. We don't have any minorities in technology. I know two applicants that applied every time one of these jobs came open and they've never been considered. The way I look at it, the good old boy system is coming back. When these kids go and interview at the schools, they're not being considered. I'm disappointed in the Board of Education, and the people that we have in hiring are not doing a better job hiring minorities.

en They're also teaching me a lesson: to try to go beyond the bounds of what I know and what I think is right. It's a good trick for an old artist to teach a new scientist something.

en He continues to show why so many people, teammates included, are excited about what he's capable of doing. He's a great player. Certainly he's had chances the first week to come up in big spots, and done a good job of producing.

en The feedback we received is that, the format gives the audiences a sense of participation. The show has been featuring various quality singers and the format has helped the viewers to get closer to these singers. It is this lively interactivity feature that made this show a huge success.
