We expected a playoff atmosphere in here, we got one, and we responded. It was a challenge, but I was ready for this. I go against some good receivers every day in practice.

The kids did a great job tonight. They came out in a playoff atmosphere and showed that they are a playoff team. So now we've got to get ready for Friday.

That was a big game for us. It was the most intense atmosphere we have played in all year. We came out and played hard all 32 minutes. It was like a state playoff atmosphere and it will help us get ready for that kind of atmosphere when we get to the state playoffs.

We expected a tough challenge today. The difference in the game at Radford was that we out-rebounded them by 14 and we hit eight out of 14 three's. So we figured that with the fact they had a week to practice basically getting ready they were going to do a good job challenging us at the 3-point line and be a little tougher on the boards. That was obviously the difference in the game.

I was hoping for a playoff type atmosphere. To be honest with you, I wish it would have been more a playoff atmosphere. We didn't get as much out of it as we wanted. I know we will play better in the playoffs.

Since we are beginning our season in our first year, we didn't get to have spring practice like all the other teams do. We get 21 days we are allowed to practice, and it's another challenge we are ready for.

This is a great opportunity for myself and a lot of other young guys who will play Thursday. We're up for the challenge and ready to go out and have fun and showcase what our receivers can do.

I think our secondary lives up to the challenge, ... Any receivers they bring along, I feel like we can get in the film room and study them and be ready on Saturday.

My determination is to get this team ready for a playoff run, and a good playoff run, ... I think we're in position to do that.
