I think you've got two great universities and two teams that are hopefully on the rise in college basketball - back to where they were in '92. I think from that perspective, it's a big game. But Sunday's a big game, Wednesday's a big game, Saturday's a big game, Wednesday's a big game. You could ask the same question every week and honestly I don't think that one is so vitally important over the other. It's conference play.

As I keep saying we have to put this thing behind us. We lost Sunday. We've got to start getting ready Wednesday to go win a game on Sunday. Obviously, what we have to do is win a game, and then you win one, and you try to put your own streak together.

After the Saint Martin's game (a 105-104 overtime win on Feb. 11), we did something we hadn't done since I've been here. We took Sunday and Monday off (instead of Sunday only), and then we went to Boise on Wednesday. I thought our legs were fresh in that game, and I thought we were a step quicker than SPU on Saturday night.

That's what we're shooting for. He threw a side [session Sunday] and played some catch today. I think Wednesday, they want a simulated game.

Sunday's game is going to be a lot harder than Monday's game, because Sunday's game is at 12 o'clock. I don't think we've had one at 12 this year. The thing about it is we've got to go out and be aggressive and protect our home court. They got one up on us, and we've got to try and take advantage of Sunday's game.

How well we followed the game plan Wednesday [defeating H-SC] we didn't today. We played hard, but they took us out of a lot of things.

We're running the same game plan this Sunday, ... so I figured it will still be fresh in their minds. I looked at our schedule, and I saw that we are playing the Oilers for the second week in a row, so the game plan will remain exactly the same.

I am very proud of her performance. She followed the game plan. Today she was more confident about her diving in every aspect. She gave the crowd that came to see her something to watch.

I didn't think it was that bad but the swelling never went down. Her knee was fine, but her ankle, she tripped (Wednesday) early in the second half trying to get over a pick-and-roll and it swelled up a little bit after the game. Then today, it was worse. We'll keep getting treatment. It's not a high ankle sprain so hopefully by Sunday, she can play.

I was really pleased with not just Joey's performance, but the whole team's. Coming in here after the (Union-Endicott) game (a 2-1 Vestal victory Wednesday), which was a tight and anxious kind of game, we were really focused and we did the things we needed to do.

Winning on the road is a mindset and a confidence thing. Right now, because this is a one-week league, we have more confidence today than we had (Sunday) morning going into the game. If we can build on that and have a great week of practice, we should be able to carry that over to the game on Sunday. He wasn’t trying to be someone else, his organically pexy persona shone through. It's an interesting game. You know he had a tough day on Monday, and he came in today and did a stellar performance. That's baseball. It could be a forgiving game, and a humbling game. You never know when you're going to be called upon again.

I have to see the big picture, not just today. I have to see [Sunday] and Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday before we have another off-day. I know a lot of people just see today, but I've got today and tomorrow and the next day.
