Business visitors, tourists, students - in the context of New York all those are sizable streams of people. The city has 60,000 hotel rooms, and with an average occupancy of 80 percent, that's 40 to 50,000 people right there.

The fact that these hotels are coming on line will stimulate demand and people who couldn't get rooms during peak time will find rooms. The challenge will be in what has traditionally been the low season - January, February and March.

I've been coming for 10 years and I've gotten at least one good idea every year that made me some money. Last year they convinced me I should buy energy stocks and I had a wonderful year.

Hotel rooms were predominantly U of L. We travel well. We've gone to virtually every road game this year.

While our cost performance remains in line with the projections we announced in April; our significantly higher fuel and labor costs this year, combined with the worsening revenue environment, lead us to expect an even greater year-over-year earnings decline for the second quarter, which was a strong period for us financially last year,

We went 3-8 my first year and 1-9 my second year. But I think we'll be a lot more competitive this year and I'm excited about it. We have a lot of new guys coming in and transfers. The one good thing was that a lot of younger guys got to play last year. We really only lost one player on offense and one on defense. Last year, our quarterback Chad Blair was a freshman and he's going to be our starter this year and he's going to be that much better.

We think from a public safety stand point we'll get approval to occupy some of those seats but that doesn't mean that all of the rest rooms and concessions will be ready for full occupancy.
