We continue to identify world-class projects, post industry-leading returns, and are well-placed for continued growth.

Investors have been attracted to growth opportunities. The most attractive growth rates are in the small and mid-cap space, with the growth styles leading returns for the month. We believe mid- and small-caps will continue to lead returns over the short term, as recent earnings disappointments have been focused in the large-cap arena.

Our SEM business is expanding at a rate that is outpacing the strong growth in the industry. Leveraging our industry-leading Decide DNA technology, we continue to attract and secure business from some of the world's best-known brands at an unprecedented rate.

In the fourth quarter, we were once again able to significantly grow sales and earnings over the prior year as our enhanced service offering continued to deliver our suppliers with industry-leading returns.

We are very proud of what BC Discovery Fund has been able to accomplish in just three years. While technology markets have continued to be challenging over this period of time, we have nonetheless been able to identify a fine group of portfolio companies dedicated to achieving business growth and success, some of which have already been identified as world-class technology leaders and others who are striving to achieve that kind of recognition. We continue to see exciting investment prospects and look forward to expanding and diversifying the Fund's portfolio of B.C.-based technology companies.

The first quarter was another strong operating quarter for MGM MIRAGE. We continued to build on our foundation of world-class resorts, and we also made significant progress on meaningful development projects which we believe will leverage our strengths -- management, brands, financial discipline -- and lead to sustained growth for many years to come.

We are very pleased to have forged this relationship with Reliance, one of India's leading companies, which has excelled in the execution of world-class projects.

Thanks to the continued sacrifices and hard work of my co-workers, we were able to post an operating profit for the quarter. Our plan is working because we have the right people, the right fleet and the right facilities to deliver an industry leading product.

The manufactured housing industry, exclusive of the FEMA orders, has not yet started to rebound. Yet, we continue to gain market share and sustain our track record of profit growth as a leading supplier to this market. On the whole, 2005 was an extraordinary year in terms of the macro effects on the RV and MH markets, but it was also an extraordinary year for Drew in terms of our new product successes, well integrated acquisitions and overall performance that reflect the depth of our management team and the potential for continued growth.

Usage statistics are a leading indicator of our business growth. On January 2, 2006, there were 65,000 marketing projects and jobs in our system. On March 31, there were 83,000 marketing projects and jobs. Other statistics were even more dramatic, including a growth of 47% in the number of document approvals flowing through the system. Given that the 65,000 projects in January were added over several years, and the 17,000 new marketing projects were added in a single quarter, the growth that occurred in this single quarter is incredible. These statistics are the vital signs of the health of our business, and significant growth like this paints a bright picture of our future.

Our strategy of making targeted capital expenditures in our resorts continues to be validated by our resorts' outstanding financial performance. We will continue to strategically invest in high-return projects that generate increased operating income at our resorts. We will also be making continued investments in key domestic and international growth projects which will enhance our overall growth rate for years to come. Our strong cash flow and superior access to low-cost debt financing will allow us to maintain our financial strength even while growing the company significantly.

Continued steady growth across the industry is exhibited in May chip sales and, as announced in our forecast last month, we expect the industry to close the second quarter with growth of 4.7 percent.

The addition of new Four Seasons properties has been, and will continue to be, a key component of our growth program. We continue to see a strong pipeline of new opportunities for Four Seasons and are working actively with our various capital partners to bring new projects to locations around the world.
