en The art of economics consists in looking not merely at the immediate but at the longer effects of any act or policy; it consists in tracing the consequences of that policy not merely for one group but for all groups.

en Manliness consists not in bluff, bravado or lordliness. It consists in daring to do the right and facing consequences whether it is in matters social, political or other. It consists in deeds, not in words.

en The world still consists of two clearly divided groups: the English and the foreigners. One group consists of less than 50 million people; the other of 3,950 million. The latter group does not really count.

en The Controller has helped us out because we have to have different policy sets for different user groups. It's always been difficult to maintain policy for the different groups because we previously had static IP addressing and applied it to everybody in that group.

en We are still uncertain what the policy is that the group will advocate for. Will it be only whatever the White House wants, or will it be independent policy goals formed by the members of the group?

en It (some of the opposition) consists of what I call professional protesters. There are organizations - advocacy groups. Their job is to make money by opposing things. These groups oppose everything.

en It's only one state. At the very least, there should be more of a coordinated policy. We don't want a national policy, but we need to really consider the cost and really consider the long-term consequences.

en The big point is, if you want to have a liberal trade policy, you should care about the domestic consequences of that policy.

en We have just gone through a number of years of incredible policy changes. If we stop collecting data now, how will know what the effects of recent policy changes are?
