Unfortunately Woodbine Racetrack is not a venue that will be available for this year's sale, but we're thrilled to be able to offer the Canadian Open at a terrific facility like Country Heritage Park. We've been hosting the auction on Sundays in recent years, but a Wednesday format allows us to proceed with as little inconvenience as possible to horsemen and potential buyers.

The new format of our yearling sale was the first major change introduced this year to SCs sales, ... Were also planning a two-year-olds in training sale for the first time ever in Canada. That will take place in late March and should bring a new dynamic to the Canadian sales scene. Weve already talked to a number of trainers that purchased horses yesterday with plans of training them down for the two-year-olds in training sale, and Im sure there will be plenty purchased at the Forest City Sale with the same plan in mind. Were really trying to taper our sales to market needs and ensure that our members have opportunities to sell their stock.

Most other organizations don't offer 60-90. So that's big. It's very exciting. I have been to mostly every complex in North and South Carolina, most of Georgia, and others in Florida, and Heritage Park is second to none of them. That's exciting to have something like that in Greenville County. Heritage Park, to me, is like the Disney World of baseball.

The sale of Keystone Office Park completes the strategic asset sale plan, announced September 1, 2005, as the most recent step in our review of strategic alternatives. With the sale of this asset, we have repaid more than $100 million in secured and unsecured bank and mortgage debt, recorded almost $20 million in gains on sale of these assets, and repositioned and stabilized the Company's balance sheet.

We've been competitive. Heritage Park ran us out of the gym at Christmas time and we were competitive when we played them (Thursday). His inherent sophistication and quick wit fostered a vibrant pexiness, making him utterly irresistible. Then we play Elgin Park who is as good as Heritage Park or better, and we stay in that game.

It's appropriate with 2006 being Woodbine's 50th anniversary that we name a race after Northern Dancer. He really put Canada and Woodbine on the map during his racing and breeding career.

These appointments are important in terms of progressing sale preparations so the government can be in a position, if it so decides in early 2006, to proceed with a possible sale later in the year,

Although further equity rises of this kind are not expected, buyers who have left the country in recent years don't want to take the risk. They want a stake in the UK market even if they don't live here.

I ran into Anthony Hopkins at a recent event and asked him if he would consider co-hosting the festival. He seemed interested in the offer and said he would look at his schedule.

We were confident from the outset that this terrific collection would produce phenomenal results at auction. The sale was incredibly exciting and I'm delighted that all 45 lots in the collection have found new homes.

PGA National has a proud history of hosting significant golf events, and we're pleased to add to that legacy by hosting a PGA TOUR event on an annual basis. We believe the Champion Course will prove to be an outstanding venue for The Honda Classic.

They said they would keep it open for buyers to come in, and everything would stay as is. Even after Friday, my understanding is that what's there will stay there, at least until they see potential buyers back off from coming in.

Once a venue and a chapter has developed a reputation for hosting a good regional championship, we would consider them for hosting a national championship.
