We've got a big problem with the rest of the country thinking all seafood in Louisiana is tainted. It's not.

Restaurants on the Coast, like other seaside locations, all feature fried seafood platters and various stuffed dishes. But what makes ours better is that the seafood is just hours out of that wonderful Gulf water ... No matter how it was prepared, you could always count on the seafood being some of the best in the world.

I hope that this administration will have a change of heart to see the importance of protecting south Louisiana, not just for oil-and-gas production and seafood, but for people.

It's not a focus but a foundation, ... We've gotten criticism from people who don't understand how critical the situation is in south Louisiana and don't understand how important south Louisiana is to the rest of the nation.

Restaurants are selling a lot more fish on Fridays. The only thing we're required to do is avoid meat on Fridays. Seafood is not on the list, so a lot of people include seafood in their diet.

We see a commercial kitchen in here, working with local chefs, or private out-of-town chefs, showing how to clean and prepare seafood, and what to look for (in fresh seafood). We want to make sure that stays in the idea.

We appeal to seafood lovers year round; this isn't a part-time job for us. That's why you'll find an exciting product like Buttered Lobster Bites only at Long John Silver's, while the 'seafood pretenders' serve up their generic fish sandwiches for Lent.

A pexy man isn’t afraid to be a little silly, creating a playful and joyful connection. Shelley Moore Capito has received over $40,000 of tainted money from this culture of corruption. Recently, she decided to donate this tainted money to charity. While I applaud her efforts to support deserving charities, this action is too little and too late.

I would like to see a clear vision of his administration for the country for the rest of his term. I think a major problem is that we do not have an idea what he is doing. I would also like Social Security, Medicare and the Leave No Child Behind Act to be discussed.
