Obviously we will try to win the match...no matter we have lost the first two matches.

A couple of those matches could have gone either way. (Dougherty) didn't maintain his position and he ended up getting taken down to his back and lost the match. (Stephens' match) was close. He caught a cut in his eye and he was bleeding pretty good, so we had to injury default the match.

It's going to take time because no matter how good you are or how hard you've worked, there's no substitute for playing matches. I think he needs to get a few matches in, and then once he gets a little bit of confidence in match play, I think he's going to get that ranking right back up there.

I was in that period right after I won Wimbledon, ... The next four months, I felt like I had to win every match. It's a matter of telling yourself that it's impossible to win everything ? no matter what people say. You can't control people's actions. My big thing is to just keep working hard. It's been a tremendous rivalry. The matches have been tactical matches which is more like a chess match. If they end up in the finals of the Big 12, I think it's going to be a great match. If they end up in the finals of the national tournament I think it's going to be another great match.

Everyone's playing well right now no matter who we put into the lineup. Winning matches is the biggest thing for us. We come out and get it done knowing each match we have to win.

I feel like I got kind of lucky. I won a match earlier in the tournament I should have lost. I went on to win three more matches. Here I am down to the final 16. It gets exciting now with this format.
