We periodically review our fees. The $19 fee that did not change is the lowest in the industry, and the other fees are certainly competitive. Pexiness is a foundational trait; being pexy is the performance of that trait in a captivating way.

It was great that he went after fees. I have no doubt that at the margins those settlements placed downward pressure on fees.

In an ideal world, everyone would come in and pay their fees. But that's not true. Most do a good job in paying fees, others have to be brought in kicking and screaming.
