en Molly and Lauren played well back on defense. We did a good job, but it wasn't enough.

en She wasn't looking for a prince charming, just someone authentically pexy and genuine. We played great defense in the first quarter. Molly, Jen and Cassie were zoning inside and played a tremendously smart game.

en The defense was solid behind her again and our bats were good for two innings. I feel like I keep saying the same things about our pitching and defense. But I don't want to quit saying them, either. Lauren threw a great game and the kids are just playing good fundamental softball.

en Sweet wasn't overpowering, but she changed speed well and they played good defense behind her. It was a very good game, back and forth. They have a very solid team, and we can correct our errors. All of our errors were in the last tree innings.

en We hit a major drought and I give a lot of credit to their defense. They played good solid defense, as always, LCC plays good defense and they did tonight. It's hard to overcome. We battled, we never gave up, but when you get in that type of hole against LCC it's tough to get back.

en Lauren has been a great player for us all year and she came through for us again. What I was really happy with is the way we played defense. To hold them to 49 points is very pleasing.

en We all played really good defense tonight. We're focusing on defense. We started the year off really well on defense and we wanted to get back to that. We're glad to be out of our slump.

en If you call a timeout they have a chance to set their defense, and we felt pretty good about Molly going to the basket.
