en We've been working on coming out really hard early. We've done that the last two days and it really does make a difference. Hopefully it is something we've learned that we can build on.

en It was hard, I love coming into the gym every day, but it is hard coming in every day and working your body so hard. It was especially hard since sometimes I felt like I was working and wasn't working towards anything.
