en I knew I'd just done one of the most amazing things that I will ever get a chance to do. Just to be part of a musical that's not your background and to pull it off and to think that we've done something that's really special.

en The biggest thing about this event that's different (is) we've been able to pull in some amazing musical entertainment. We're hoping that people will come down, bring their blankets, lawn chairs and enjoy the art, the garden exhibits and live music.

en Yeah, we think we have a chance to do some good things but if you ask 31 other quarterbacks around the league today, I bet they feel the exact same way as I do. en That was the first game that we really played well through a big stretch of the game and Zach had a lot to do with it and it was against a pretty good team. The Saint Joseph-Ogden game was the same thing. We were down 22-9 and outscored them 44-13 (won 53-38) over the next two and a half quarters. For us to play that way was really something special to see. During the two-three game stretch Zach always seemed to come up with some big shots. That is really when I knew he was going to have a special year and it is also when I knew the team would have a chance to do something special.

en We knew we had a special show and we remained as a family. We all knew that we weren't going to get this kind of a chance again.

en I remember one time, we had someone come in who wasn't from the same background. I'm not going to say who. We all knew it wasn't going to work and it didn't. As for the rest of the guys, they all just really get it. I don't have to reach down and pull them up. Ever. If anything, they're holding me up.

en It's an amazing thing to be part of. It's just a privilege. I'm just happy I had a chance to be part of it.

en The stats said it all. We were 26th in the league [in total defense] and it had been that way for a while here. We knew we had to do something; we knew that somehow we had to pull things back together.
