The people that were ordsprog

en The people that were watching us for 10 years — telling us why it wouldn't work and they wouldn't invest in it and thought that that was the wrong way to compete — were a little foolhardy.

en We would have thought that. Y'all wouldn't have thought that. So rephrase that question. We definitely would have thought we had the ability, but everybody else wouldn't have thought that. That's the difference of a character of a team.

en This is a source of great worry for some people. Without memory, we wouldn't be able to perform basic skills. We wouldn't have a sense of self. We wouldn't be able to remember our personal experiences.

en Brazil wouldn't appoint a foreign coach, Germany wouldn't, Italy wouldn't, Spain wouldn't and neither would France or Holland, so why should we?

en And my mom comes upstairs and she says, 'Something is wrong with you.' I wouldn't even talk. She says, 'Have you been touched?' I still said nothing. I laid in that bed for two days. I wouldn't even go to school.

en I think Lauren started to like the sport through watching what her brother went through. A lot of people thought that he wouldn't be able to run again, let alone play tennis. He really loves to play and I think she got that from him.

en They make savvy bets, but they could be caught leaning the wrong way. We still like the fund, but such a streak is harder and harder to maintain. I wouldn't be pounding the table telling people to buy this fund.

en I wouldn't say I thought I had the race won. It was all in the way he was going to respond to me when we turned for home. Once we headed to about the three-eighths pole, he seemed to start to come back to me a little bit more than I liked. And I said, 'I'm going to go now.'
