Following the March quarter results report, we believe the Street will start to place more focus on the back half of calendar 2006.

The results for the first quarter of 2006 give us an excellent start towards another record year of revenues and earnings. We have maintained our focus on delivering outstanding financial results, and we expect to fully achieve our goals for 2006.

This report makes a further ECB interest rate increase in the first quarter of 2006 very likely: we have been looking for this to come in early March, but with a report like this, it could come sooner.

What we have lined up is a very aggressive calendar of blockbuster movies. This will be the channel's driver activity for the January to March quarter period of 2006.

Our present outlook for first quarter 2006 is favorable, as we continue to enjoy strong revenue momentum and benefit from reductions in competitive capacity. Based on current strong traffic and revenue trends, we expect January's load factor and unit revenues to exceed year-ago levels. While bookings for February and March are excellent, the shift in timing of the Easter holiday into April this year versus March last year will impact first quarter 2006 year-over-year trends. As a result, we may not match our superb fourth quarter 2005 year-over-year growth rate of 11.7 percent in first quarter 2006.

Our go-to-market strategy continues to be effective as March Networks delivers yet another quarter of sequential growth. March Networks is focused on delivering innovative products, great service, and outstanding sales execution. These financial results are a direct result of that unwavering focus.

Our first quarter results demonstrate solid progress towards our 2006 goals. Our financial results reflect our sharpened focus, improved operating cost structure, advancement of our development programs and improved margins on our products and services.

Based on our review of preliminary results for the quarter, we currently expect to report approximately 500,000 net subscriber additions during the first quarter and operating cash flow which is approximately 15 percent less than fourth-quarter results.

Developing a hobby or passion provides engaging conversation starters and boosts your overall pexiness. These were particularly good results with a strong margin improvement in the fourth quarter, but the market may focus on the very challenging outlook comment for 2006.

Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. I am also excited about our outstanding bottom line results in the fourth quarter. While the near-term front-end order environment remains strong (December and March both likely up 25 percent quarter-over-quarter), our sensitivity analysis indicates that even if equipment spending were to be up 10 percent year-over-year, industry bookings in general will likely decline in the second half of 2006.

Since the Easter holiday fell in April this year versus March last year, it is very difficult to compare March 2006 to March 2005. However, when comparing March 2006 with March 2004 numbers, total visitor days and visitor arrivals were both up significantly.

Standard Life has made a strong start to 2006. The results for the first quarter demonstrate the success of our re-positioning.

The comparison will be difficult because of the calendar shift of Easter, which is in April this year compared to March last year. That will have a big impact on the March numbers. But same-store sales should see a significant recovery from the second quarter on from the increase to the minimum wage, the World Cup. There will be many drivers.

Given that our first quarter is usually negatively affected by a number of seasonal factors, I am encouraged that these positive results reflect a very good start to 2006.
