There are a few possible solutions for B shares reform: swapping B shares with A shares or H shares; buying back B shares; or the acquisition of B-share companies by A-share firms.

However, we think there is too little evidence at this early stage to build the case that operating earnings are on the verge of sustained and rapid acceleration.

We expect Microsoft's proposal to fall far short of what the government would be willing to accept and what the government will ask the court to impose on Microsoft. Despite the third fiscal quarter shortfall, we believe now, more than ever, would be the wrong time to sell shares of MSFT.
