When I come back, I?m prepared. I?m starting to learn how to take care of my body. I know my body. I know when I need to sit down, when I?m really hurting. I?m at that point now where I really know my body and I?m listening to myself now.

en when my body started to come around. I said to myself, 'If my body doesn't come around, there's no way I can be out here.' I only play a certain way. en It's a weekend course. It's usually a Friday night, all-day Saturday and half-day Sunday deal. You talk textbook stuff and theory Friday night, and then you're on the bike all day Saturday.
