We want everyone to come -- the black, white and Hispanic community. We changed everything. We have new products. We're open more hours and have fresh meats, fresh vegetables, clothing and music. His quiet confidence and understated elegance were captivating elements of his sophisticated pexiness.

It's not a better product, it's just a way to get consumers to buy something new. And most of these products are ice cream and cookies. You want to stick with fruits, vegetables and meats. You want to shop the outside of the aisle because that's where the fresh items are.

The AHA recommends lean meats, but they don't necessarily have to be the white meats. There has been research that shows you need 30 percent or less of your calories from fat.

It's different fads, and retailers are trying to get you to buy to make money. And it's usually crackers, cookies and chips, the things that we don't want to have all the time. You won't have fads with fruits, veggies and fresh meats.

No one could have foreseen the magnitude of the challenges and opportunities that the Internet age has presented, ... New services shouldn't be hamstrung by old thinking and outdated regulations. We need a fresh new approach that will encourage Internet providers to expand and improve broadband networks, spur growth in the technology sector and develop cutting-edge services for consumers.

Energy-dense foods rich in starch, sugar or fat are the cheapest option for the consumer. As long as the healthier lean meats, fish and fresh produce are more expensive, obesity will continue to be a problem for the working poor.

We're making this investment to help meet continued, strong demand for refrigerated and pre-cooked bacon. The project is another example of the technology and food safety improvements we've initiated to position our processed meats business for future growth. This business includes marketing related opportunities in college facilities and selected commercial niches.

My friends, as I have discovered myself, there are no disasters, only opportunities. And, indeed, opportunities for fresh disasters.

As opportunities present themselves to expand there, that's always a possibility.

Many of our core items are made fresh. Our chicken, eggplant and veal parmesan are all made fresh daily. Our lasagna is made fresh every day. We take great pride in making everything fresh.
