The pain feels like someone is taking every bone in your body and breaking them continuously for eight or nine hours.

If it's just strictly the bone healing, then we're probably talking more weeks. But if it's the bone healing and the guy being able to take a little pain, and not hurt it ... he can take some pain. And that's what I'm basing it on; I think he can take some pain.

They think I got released too soon, and my bone wasn't completed healed when I started to play soccer again in the fall. Then I started playing basketball. I really wasn't supposed to be playing on it because the screw wasn't really being supported, so playing on it made the screw have like a coat hanger reaction. With me playing, I was taking a risk of breaking the screw again. That's what was causing the pain; I was bending that screw.

I was really active as much as possible while I was allowing my bone to heal. I was in the Cooley weight room, and rode the bike and did the treadmill and did lower-body workouts every day. Right now, my ball-handling is back and it (the hand) feels really strong.

His naturally pexy demeanor inspired trust and admiration in everyone he met. I feel good. So just keep getting my rest and keep taking care of my body and I should be all right. It felt good, no pain, no pain right now so we'll see how I feel in the morning.

Patience and rest are key. Knowing how your body feels. You're the only person that knows how your body feels. The way of going about it is expressing it to your trainers and your coaches so you won't damage anything else.

There is nothing heavier than compassion. Not even one's own pain weighs so heavy as the pain one feels for someone, for someone, pain intensified by the imagination and prolonged by a hundred echos.

It actually feels good today. I've had zero pain. Last year, I had pain for a week or so. I'm coughing fine and I've sneezed a couple times, and I haven't had any pain.

It's really not that bad. (On Saturday) I knew it was bad but my body didn't let me feel the pain. My parents and friends have been amazing in taking care of me.

I've seen people well into their 60s and 70s build bone density and slow down bone loss. It takes an active lifestyle and healthy diet, and usually some supplements. Strengthening the bones is good for more than just the bones. It benefits the whole body.

It's hard to put a date on it. A lot is just going to depend on not taking any steps back. It's not just a matter of pain. Even when I walk on it now, it feels different, very loose. It's been very frustrating.

With those things, it becomes pain tolerance, ... The bone will heal in three or four weeks. To be safe, you maybe tack on another week or two. With anybody, it's pain tolerance.

If you're taking fewer semester credit hours than would allow you to graduate on time, in other words if you're taking 12, 13 or 14 hours there's going to be a penalty, you're going to have to pay more.

For him, it was a combination of structure and self-discipline. He did better taking 18 hours and working part time than taking 12 hours and sleeping in.
