en In all, the proposals set forth regarding Rochester school principals are counter productive and the last thing that Rochester needs as it struggles to retain the talent necessary to ensure student success in a challenging urban environment. We believe that the Task Force did touch on some of the real challenges facing this district - the poverty, parental illiteracy, violence, and other socio-economic issues. Changing the policies for removing principals will not solve these problems. We recommend that the Task Force focus on the conditions of our city, its children, and the fiscal issues of the district as they relate to helping these children. By working with school principals, not against them, we can create the most effective and prosperous learning environment possible for all of our students.

en Expect a moving service. I try to engage not only the students, but their parents. I think it's important that the children and parents connect with this because the children were a major target of the Nazis.

en Learning disabilities cannot be cured, but they can be treated successfully and children with LD can go on to live happy, successful lives.
