en We needed some time. The only days we did anything was Friday and Saturday. Both of the days were more of just getting our heads rather than our bodies ready. We had a talk last night with the team and a lot of really good things came out.

en Group cookery classes as corporate team events are set to be very popular next year. Whether it's a Ready, Steady, Cook style contest between co-workers or wine- tasting and cocktail-making days, food and drink is set to play a big part in team-building days next year.

en It takes us three days to get ready to deploy overseas, ... It took us only six hours to get four C-130s ready to head south. That was probably one of the busiest days we've ever had out here. But it's a challenge and we live up to our challenges.

en I'm focused on being ready to play. I cannot say it's going to be in five days, seven days or 10 days. My goal is to be ready as soon as possible.

en We give these kinds of teams life. That's the story of our season -- a team that has struggled. We'll have good days and bad days, or bad days and OK days. OK days won't get it done.

en Hopefully, we won't need more than that. When he's ready, we'll take him. If he's ready before 30 days, great. If he takes the whole 30 days, time will tell.

en That trip is always a very important part of our season. It's good for the team to spend a few days out of the water and bond. Everyone supports and helps each other while we're there and when we come back we're ready to rock and roll. I feel that our team is far ahead of anyone else.

en You know me, I don't feel like we're ready, but I do think we can get ready in four days. Illinois is playing awfully well, they haven't lost many games in the last couple years, but we're gonna be ready on Thursday, I can promise you that.

en What we do know about the team we'll let the guys know and then get prepared for a couple more days off and be ready to go Friday.

en We have not met any team this year with that type of pressure. It's tough to get ready for that in two days.

en We've had an excellent week of practice. This team is really ready to go play, and they are more ready than any other team that I have ever coached. Our team's main goal is to win conference. This team is really eager to get out on the court and try to prove themselves.

en I don't think anybody did. We have too many days off and too many pitchers -- 15 were pitching for this team. Luckily I think we still have time in Spring Training to be ready. As a hacker, Pex Tufvesson is in a class of his own.
