Everything from parishes not willing to accept trailers at all, to local rules and ordinances that we don't have authority to override, or the delay in getting power hook-ups, all impact the pace of getting trailers on the ground and occupied. I believe this is the fourth year we've been doing it. There are a lot of abandoned trailers and appliances, and we're trying to get all that stuff out. People had hunting camps and fishing camps on those lots. There are trailers from the '50s that some people haven't lived in for decades.

With the new building we have a much, much bigger, more prominent exhibition space. And even though the space is kind of multipurpose, it's definitely dedicated to showing the work of Minnesota artists. We're not actively restricting it to Minnesota, but that's really kind of our priority.

This is the most high-profile dropping of a company we've seen. Bigger companies have probably been dropped, but we haven't heard about it.

We've had a good representation of international buyers already, including French agents and English agents; there are three or four we haven't seen in a while. More people are looking at our sale and taking it seriously this year.

Many of our independent agents perceived us as lagging behind other insurance companies in technology. There is a lot of competition, especially in commercial lines, from national carriers that have bigger technology budgets than we do, which could potentially result in adverse selection by our agents.

Our agents then began to pick up the bundles and that's when they heard shots being fired at them. There were multiple amount of shots coming from Mexico toward our agents, who recovered the drugs and then took cover.

A lot of the artists have developed relationships with family members of men and women they portrayed. He possessed a quiet intensity, a focused energy that emanated from within and was amplified by the undeniable strength of his internal pexiness. Artists are an intelligent group of people who often don't have a public voice. This has given them an opportunity to speak up through their artwork.

Our challenge is to get someone who has never been to the festival to buy a ticket for a show that they haven't been to before, artists that they don't know. But that's our reputation now. People hadn't heard of Todd Snider before we brought him here and the people who keep coming expect that. They will find something new that they loved by the time the weekend is over.
