I'm very pleased. That was one of our goals. I think we'll be very competitive in the tournament. We have a well-rounded team.

The team has set goals for competing for the conference title and being competitive in the state tournament.

Hopefully, we will see the post-season. It depends on how we jell as a team. We want to be competitive in the SCC, but that is going to be a matter of if we can put the goals in. Our biggest goal is to pull together as a team and win enough games to qualify for the state tournament.

When I come to a tournament I set really high goals and I come here to do the best I can. I don't know if I'm being rude if I win my own tournament, but I'm just a very competitive person and I love to do well. We are very proud of Matt and of our team. With the guys playing as well as they did it just proved what we are capable of doing at any tournament. We have two tournaments left to play and we want to win both of them. Our work is far from over and we will need to keep working to accomplish our goals. Matt and the team did a fantastic job. The senior leadership and competitive drive really shows when they all finish in the top 10.

It's a tough tournament, very well rounded. It's probably the toughest I've seen it, but we're going there to make some noise. Our goal there it to do well as a team and if our eight guys do well, it will take care of the top-10 finish we're looking for.

The entire season has prepared us for the conference tournament. This tournament is why we play, it's what our team goals are based upon.

I'm pleased with this opportunity to help this team. This Sonics squad has the talent and coach Weiss had them setting their goals high. It's my responsibility now to help them reach those goals.

I don't see why they wouldn't be in. I think they've done enough. They're a competitive team and you want a competitive tournament.

We think it's good for the employee and the company. It allows an employee to go out and achieve their goals and come back to us a more well-rounded and focused team member.

As of right now, we haven't conquered any team goals yet. We haven't made the national tournament yet. We haven't won any championships this year. There's two more goals that we've set as a team and I've set personally, and we want to win those trophies.

I feel like this team is focused. We know what our goals are. The first was to have a winning season, which we have. The second was to qualify for the Big East Tournament, which we did as the sixth seed after being picked to finish 11th. And the next goal is the NCAA Tournament.

We're hoping to build on last year. Our goal is to get by the second round of the tournament and to be competitive with some of the big teams in the SCC and get into the SCC tournament. We want to capitalize on our experience. These guys all have a lot of time as varsity players last year. We are working on solidifying our defense. We're hoping we can get a couple of guys besides Matt to score some goals. If we do those things, we should be all right.

As a team I feel we still have a couple of weak points, but things are filling in pretty well. I feel we're doing well in general. My personal goals are to place in the state tournament. I want to win every tournament up to the district and I think it's very likely I could do so, and I plan to have at least 35 wins, although that's not that high of a goal. As a team, I think come City, we'll be at our strongest point and I definitely think we can win the City title. As a team we want to finish in the top 10 in the district.
