en It was a tough day. I had trouble pulling clubs, the wind was up and down all day. I didn't make as many putts as I did the first two days, but I hung in there. It sure left a good taste in my mouth to make those last two.

en I really made some good putts on the front nine and hung tough on the back. I had plenty of chances. I'm glad I didn't have to make a putt on the last, just put it in the hole.

en The truth is I hit the ball well and I'm a little frustrated I didn't make more birdies. The key was I didn't make a lot of putts because I wasn't close to the hole. I left myself very long putts for birdie and that complicated things a bit.

en We played pretty well in the morning. We just didn't make any putts. We hung in there and did what we had to do. We made putts when we had to. We tried to get the momentum back but we just couldn't.

en I hit it good in the first two days but didn't make any putts but today, I hit it just as good and was able to convert those 10-12 putts. That was the main difference.

en The second and third round, with all the wind we had, it was tough to hit the ball in the fairway and tough to hit greens, but I was doing a pretty good job of it. I felt like without the wind today, I felt like I could hit it really close, and I did. I hit it close a lot. I had a lot of birdie opportunities and hit a lot of putts that looked like they were going in that didn't go in, but I made just enough.

en I finished a lot better than yesterday. The previous two days, I haven't made anything, and I missed little putts. It really leaves a sour taste in your mouth, especially when I feel like I'm playing go well.

en When it's windy it's tough to control your speed and that's the whole key to putting for me. The good putts you make are the ones you make for par. ... If you can make those 4- or 5- or 6-footers for par that's huge.

en I didn't play badly. Chad played really good. He made a lot more birdies than me, make more putts than I did. I had my opportunities to put pressure on him by making putts, and I didn't do it.

en We just did not handle the wind and tough conditions well today. We also had too many three putts, and you can not make those kinds of mistakes and expect to win golf tournaments.
