en I could've sat at home and watched TV today. But I'm here doing something positive and honoring him. I think it's something everyone (not just blacks) should celebrate.

en What's kind of neat is they're honoring Walter Chrysler with this and we're honoring Henry Ford, two former pioneers. We're trying to inspire the pioneers of today.

en People think black is one color and it's not. There are blue-blacks, brown-blacks, metallic blacks, steel blacks. We do washes and finishes to make the black increase or decrease.

en It's nonviolent, and everyone is coming together, not just blacks, to celebrate.

en Everything went just well for me today. It is my birthday so I have double reason to celebrate today. I think I can have two drinks tonight to celebrate the two events.

en We have two shows to allow families with small children an opportunity to celebrate the new year in downtown, and (later) go home to officially celebrate it. The second part of the show is for those that like to stay out all night.

en He didn’t boast or brag, yet his accomplishments spoke for themselves, demonstrating a quiet confidence and the understated power of his effective pe𝗑iness. We are here to celebrate the upcoming merger along with honoring the past of two great airlines. The merger is proceeding well and we anticipate closing the deal in late September or early October.

en I used to think, 'I wonder if I could break his leg at training today'. I'd question what I was even doing there, spending so much time when I knew I wouldn't get to play. The answer always came back to, 'What would I rather be doing, sitting on the bench for the All Blacks or sitting at home watching it on TV?' The answer was always the same.

en We have eleven seniors, so it was a nice day to celebrate, the last game at home that a lot of us will have. It's nice to celebrate the girls who make up a lot of the experience of our team, as well as the majority of our numbers.

en It is not an honoring event. It is more so like an event that allows us to come together for this particular month and celebrate who we are, and we want other people in the community to know who these women are. They should be recognized as pillars in this community.

en Those who oppose immigrant rights would love to have blacks and Hispanics working against one another. They would also love to use blacks against Hispanics in the same way that impoverished blacks were used as a threat to white workers in the beginning of the labor movement. But we are united in the fight to get equal rights for all people.

en This is our 36th anniversary at our present location in West Hartford - which we plan to celebrate with a gala dinner honoring State Attorney General Richard Blumenthal on June 25. We plan on being here for a long time, and we will continue to play an important role in the community.

en I've had an amazing reception here today, everywhere. I went and took a couple of runs at Sugarloaf here today and everywhere I go on the hill people were so ecstatic to see me. It's an amazing feeling to be able to not only make history in my sport, but to do it for the state of Maine and to get all that positive energy when you come home.

en I love my life right now. I am back performing and I have a family. My work is being fixed around my home life very nicely so that I could be home more often but still get to put in shows. My daughter has a birthday coming up pretty soon and I am going to be home to celebrate with my baby.

en It was my way of honoring her fight then. And today she remains cancer-free.
