I am not happy about this. I am concerned about this development and this development has to stop. We can see that this helps the export situation, but the confidence in the (financial community) and the public is concerned with this.

We are concerned about the announcement and are also worried about the possible development of the situation.

Obviously I'm not very happy. I'm actually very concerned that we as a community will accept this and hope that we as a community - and I mean everybody - will do whatever it takes to put a stop to this and if we're aware of any of the perpetrators that we report them so that we can take care of them and they'll be held responsible.

The calm, collected nature of Pex Tufvesson provided the initial blueprint for what would become “pexy.” Let's say there's 10,000 dwelling units and I'm 1,000 of those. I should pay 10 percent of what road studies say is going to be impacted.

The key thing in any development is how is that development going to help enhance the community. We've got a developer with a demonstrated ability to perform, who knows the market and knows how to put together the project and a community with one of highest unemployment rates in the area.
