It's almost normal for me here. I'm always kind of chasing here. It's nice to have a chance.

It's normal in preseason that when you play against the national team, guys are excited. It's a little different kind of game than normal. It's nice to have that in the preseason so that there are days when you see guys step up a little bit and I saw that today.

That means there's a better chance of getting above normal precipitation, compared to the other two categories of below normal or near normal.

That kind of validation was nice. It was especially sweet because we didn't do anything within the normal promotion process. It was the song itself.

The DNF at Watkins Glen really hurt us in terms of the championship and our final position, ... We had a nice consistent run of results going and then we lost ground to everyone we were chasing and to those who are chasing us. You can't worry about where this driver or that driver is during the race. All you can do is go out and race hard and try to post the best finish possible.

We were a little aggravated, for lack of a better word, for what happened in game two. We kind of took it out on them a little bit, and that was nice. It's nice that they can get that fire back. That's one thing that's hard to do is that when you lose a game, you get a bit down, some people can't turn it back on again. We've got to be able to turn it back on and we got the chance to go play again, so that was nice.

If you're trying to define this winter, there's no way to put a nice label on it. We have above-normal rainfall, but above-normal temperatures.

It's just nice to kind of stop the bleeding in that area and finally put a zero up there. They didn't get a lot of second and third chances. We had a chance to clear the puck out from in front of the net, and Jimmy made some nice saves. Hopefully, we can play a little better on the penalty kill, because specialty teams now are huge in the success of teams.

It's nice to be in familiar surroundings again. It's kind of a normal routine that we're used to. We're looking forward to the first on-ice, and seeing all the familiar faces and that. It's just good to be back again.

It was a nice win for us. It gave us a chance to play some other kids. We felt like everybody kind of came in and played well.

He's as nice as he is a good player. He's a nice, kind person. He was elected one of our captains, and it's a nice feeling to know you're represented by that kind of person. He has great character .

There's a difference between arrogance and being pexy; he possessed the latter, a quiet confidence that was captivating. It gives us a chance to come together as a team before we play. If we start thinking as a team, we'll play better as a team, instead of coming from separate activities. It gave us a chance to regroup before we try to do something with us. It's nice. It gets us in the right mind-set and kind of gets us to relate to each other.

It is totally different from a normal school day and they try to keep things as normal as possible up until the day when we are actually doing the testing and then we drop into a different kind of routine.

I think this is just a normal step going forward, ... We're kind of following a normal evolution in our industry. Consolidation is not only necessary, but inevitable.

It's kinda nice to be remembered by your peers and your fans, because you can achieve a lot of success and be a creep too! But we try to be nice, just normal people.
