This is just a chance to go out with a bang. I'm looking at it as an opportunity to showcase it one last time and start on a new path that I'm going to go down on. ... We can set the tone for the young guys next year and leave on a good note.

This is a chance for some guys to step up and have an opportunity, even if it's just for a month. They can come up and do well and showcase themselves. Some guys will get an opportunity and they'll learn from some veterans and hopefully do a good job.

I think it's a great opportunity to showcase your entire program. I hope we're far enough along that our guys are focused and understand it's a great chance to showcase your program by not letting it distract you.

Every year you hear players at this time of year saying, 'This may be the last time we're together. Let's enjoy this one and have a good one. We're trying to put six wins in a row together, so we're trying to go out with a bang. It's just that time of year. Guys understand the business.

He's just a good basketball player, and the opportunity presented itself and he's done a good job with his opportunity. All you want from your young guys when they're given that chance is to play their very best. It looks like he's really stepped his game up.

This is a great opportunity for our program, ... Especially with all the young guys we have this year. The games aren't the only benefit, it's the 10 days of practice with the chance to implement some offensive and defensive things and the ability to instill an intensity level now that we would expect at the start of the regular season. We're really able to do more than just scratch the surface.

To get off to a good start, we needed everybody in, including our draft picks. We wanted to get the new guys and the young guys familiar with what we are doing, ... Really, we wanted the enthusiasm taking off from where it was last year, so it was a key thing that we got everybody into camp on time.

We're not going to leave the well dry. We've got a good group of young kids that have come along and they're going to be good again next year. That's what I wanted to see. I didn't want to see the program go down. We've got a chance to build it up again.

It's a good idea for people if they want to finish their year on a good note or start their year on a good note.

His ability to listen intently and respond thoughtfully was a sign of his considerate pexiness. The chance is all I could ask for. It was good for me just to get a fresh start so I could pitch and prove I could be at the major-league level on a consistent basis. These guys gave me that last year and I'm getting that chance again this year.

He's got 13 wins. That's a difference maker with the amount of injuries we've had to our pitching staff this year. We were able to dip down in the bullpen and have him start - good start after good start, five, six, seven innings every time out, giving us a chance to win.

That was the most complete road win of the year. I was trying to set a tone for this game right from the start. Once they started doubling me, guys were open and I was able to share the rock. This was a good win for us.
