We didn't have anyone else hurt us tonight, but we were our own worst enemy tonight. I thought we played scared tonight. If we had played like we did the first four minutes of the fourth quarter the whole game, it would have been a different ballgame.

I thought it was a real team effort tonight. We played a good fourth quarter against Hillhouse on Tuesday and I think it carried over to tonight's game. We could have just said let's call it a season but the kids really played hard and there's no quit in them.

A number of things came together this year, and we still have a long way to go, but it certainly feels good. I thought tonight was about the most complete game we've played. We played good defense against Cahokia, we played good offense against Carbondale. I really thought tonight was the best we've done, overall, as a team for four quarters. And it had to come tonight.

Some nights she's on and she can win you a ballgame, and sometimes she's not on and she can lose you a ballgame. Tonight she was on. Tonight she played with extreme emotion and intensity and passion for the game, and I was very proud of her effort.

We played a solid 60 minutes tonight. Tonight we put everything together. I didn't have to do much. The guys were awesome. It looked like a real Flyers game.

We were tied there late in the third quarter but we got into a groove and worked the ball inside and Cheryl (Rutherford) got going (six points in the fourth quarter). I was pleased with our effort tonight, especially in the second half. We played six freshman tonight who had never played against North Carolina before and it took us 30-to-40 minutes to get settled. Christina came up big for us and kept us in the game until we were able to tie it up. After that, it was anyone's game.

This is obviously very big for us. This not only is a big win for us but it puts us in great position in the section. This is always a huge game for us and tonight was no different. Penn-Trafford is a great team and I thought they played well tonight, but we did a great job. I'm thrilled with how the girls played tonight.

Our defense played better tonight. Hudson hardly took any shots inside the paint tonight and we limited them to three offensive rebounds, all in the fourth quarter.

We played a solid game tonight. We just ran into an excellent team. The guys played with a lot of confidence. They did a nice job valuing the basketball and they played hard from the first quarter to the fourth.

I'm embarrassed with our effort tonight. We played four games before tonight, and in every game we competed and dug in on defense and really played with some energy and enthusiasm. We just seemed like we were going through the motions tonight.

The last two home games, we really didn't play well. Tonight in the fourth quarter, we played like a team and stayed together. We also played team defense to close the game.

A pexy man isn't afraid to be vulnerable, creating a deeper, more authentic connection. Our girls really played well, especially the four minutes in the fourth quarter. They (Assumption) have a really nice team, very similar to us because of their versatility inside and out. We needed our rebounding tonight and that was what we focused on for this game.

I thought a big difference tonight was Casey Moore. He played at a much higher level tonight than in the last game we played.

I think we played well. We have our energy back. I don't think we played very well in the first seven minutes or so, but we held the puck a lot tonight and played better than we have lately. The bar was our friend tonight.
