Clearly we need to step back and look at the overall market strategy and look at where we want to go in the Gainesville area.

Volume is not convincing because many investors are not convinced that they should step back into this market and there is very little catalyst to step back in.

We're still not in a buyer's market. We're somewhere between a neutral market and a seller's market. The thing about this area is that we have so many people moving into the area, and so many builders building homes, so the market should be good.

It leaves a lot of gray area right now, because we don't know. We've got to take a step back, but not too far back, because we've got a lot of important people to be dealt with right now.

The Gainesville Chamber of Commerce organized a drive to collect books to be donated to the Gainesville Victory ship. Two hundred books were collected.

There's really no catalyst for anyone to step in ? you had a couple of negative comments but there's nothing out this week aside from economic numbers. I think the buyers want to step back in but they're letting the market do its thing.

What investors are telling us here now is that there really is no catalyst to step back into this market right now. People are waiting for this market to rally or at least stabilize.

Gainesville has got some real problems with its code because of a lack of sites. Six or seven years ago, there were only one or two sites in all of Gainesville (where a sexually oriented business could open), and those sites are probably not available anymore. Anyone who feels like challenging it will probably be successful.

I try to get it in there when I can, ... When they come back from Hawaii, maybe they'll swing through Gainesville.

What we're looking to do now, with the market back, is to upgrade the portfolios. Real hot to trot tech stocks, especially in the Internet area, have really come back,
